As 2009 draws to a close so many magical things are happening! The year of 2010 is going to start in a very wonderful way and we hope it brings each of you a happy and fruitful new year!
2009 was difficult for many people. A year of loss: personal and financial; a year of major changes for all.
2010 is facing a great welcome by so many who are ready to bid 2009 a not-so fond farewell, but we hope that each and every one of you can reflect back on 2009 and find at least one thing to be grateful for!
We’re grateful that this year we were able to get this magazine started and to have achieved what we have in our first seven months in this vast internet! We are grateful for each of our knowledgable, helpful, and enthusiastic staff members! We are also grateful for you! Our wonderful and loyal readers! Our readership numbers continue to grow each month and we’d like to take this opportunity to thank each one of you for reading our magazine!
The New Year will be bringing new changes, and we predict great things for all of us!!

I like to think of each day as a new adventure.
So I look at 2009 as 395 adventures.
And look forward to 395 more in 2010.
To me 2009 was a wonderful year: My son (and only child) came home from Afghanistan in one piece. My mother came to visit from Texas and finally got to see her great-grandchildren and meet her grand-daughter in law. We paid off two large bills (a loan and a car). The miles finally began picking up and our income is almost back to normal. I had my first book signing and it was great! I have so much to be grateful for that I could just go on and on … <3
